- Username and email address — provided at registration
- Password — stored as a bcrypt hash only; your plain-text password is never stored or accessible
- Gameplay activity — trades, missions, combat, travel, and other in-game actions
- IP address — recorded at login events for security and fraud prevention
3. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment card numbers or full payment details. All payments are processed by PayPal, who act as an independent data controller. See PayPal's Privacy Policy for how they handle your payment data.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance — processing your data to provide you with access to the game
- Legitimate interests — security monitoring, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
5. Data Retention
- Account data — retained until you request deletion
- Activity logs — retained for 90 days
- Payment records — retained for 7 years (UK legal requirement)
6. Third Parties
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery (verification, password reset). SendGrid acts as our data processor under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. Email addresses are shared only for the purpose of delivering emails you request.
- PayPal — subscription billing. PayPal acts as an independent data controller for payment data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and personal data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
