Meridium Star Traders is a browser-based multiplayer space trading game operated by Azorius Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (3 Church Square, Odiham, Hook, Hampshire, RG29 1LU). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to register. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended.
Optional subscription plans (Commander, Admiral) are billed monthly via PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us at mst@azorius.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for any portion of a billing period already used.

All game content, artwork, software, and text is owned by Azorius Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and play the game for personal, non-commercial use only.
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of any remaining subscription period. In serious cases (fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment) we reserve the right to pursue recovery of losses.
Meridium Star Traders is provided as-is during development and early access. We make no guarantees of uptime, feature availability, or data persistence. Game balancing, features, and content may change at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
